Lido & Lane ship via Australia Post.
Delivery is a flat rate of $10.00 per order Australia wide.
All orders over $150.00 will be shipped for free.
We will dispatch within 48hrs of receiving your order.
All orders will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to you once we dispatch your order.
You should receive your order in 3-10 days depending on your location.
If no one is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card, so you can pick up at the local post office.
Please note that during sales and peak periods dispatch times may be up to 5 days. We thank you for your patience during this time while we pack & ship your order as quickly as we can.
Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason you realise your purchase is not suitable please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange (excluding postage). Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order atinfo@lidoandlane.com.au for an authorisation code and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Items exempt from return include all sale items, gift cards, bed linen & jewelry due to hygiene reasons.
Product Damaged or Faulty
While all care is taken by us to ensure your goods are quality checked and securely packed for delivery please contact us atinfo@lidoandlane.com.au should your order arrive damaged with the following information:
Once we receive your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible including returning the item and providing any refund or replacement.

Many of our products are handmade and have imperfections which we believe adds to their beauty and individuality. They are the mark of the artisan who made them, should you have any queries about any product please contact us prior to purchase and we would be happy to answer your questions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If in some unfortunate cases we are unable to fill your order we will contact you and offer a refund or credit. We sincerely apologise in the event this should occur.

Pricing
All prices listed on the Lido & Lane website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% gst.
Lido and Lane reserves the right to change our advertised prices without notice. All purchases currently in progress will be honoured.

We regard the personal information of all our customers to be private. Therefore we will not share any of your information to any third parties.
By providing us with your personal information you do give us authority to contact you in the future regarding promotional emails or sale events. You can at any time opt out from receiving further emails from us.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are not refundable.
Sale and promotional pricing does not apply to gift vouchers.
They can be used during all sales and promotional events.
They are valid for a period of 3 years from purchase date.
Our E gift card has no additional processing fees.
